Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothing. Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase in the studio.

Yes. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class so we can show you around and get you set up on the reformer.

All classes run for 45 minutes.

Yes. Our classes are designed to suit all levels. Your instructor will guide you through each movement and offer options to suit your experience.

That’s completely fine. Your instructor will guide you through everything you need to know before and during your class.

Clients must be at least 12 years old. Anyone aged 12 to 16 must attend with a parent or guardian.

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required.

All classes can be booked online through our booking system.

We are located in Liverpool, just a short walk from Westfield.

There is limited street parking nearby. We recommend parking at Westfield Liverpool or the Bathurst Street North car park, both within a short walk.

Classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the class being forfeited. Members will also incur a $10 late cancellation or no-show fee.

Your intro offer is valid for 14 days from your first class. All classes must be used within this period. Unused classes will expire.

Single classes expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Monthly class packs expire 30 days from your first booked class. Yearly class packs expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended.

No. Unused classes do not roll over and will expire at the end of their validity period.

No. All class packs are non-refundable.

Yes. Memberships are billed weekly and have a minimum term based on the option selected at sign-up.

Yes. Memberships can be paused for a limited time. Pause requests must be submitted in advance and approved. Backdating is not permitted.

Membership cancellations require notice in line with your agreement. Requests must be submitted prior to your next billing cycle.

No. All passes and memberships are non-transferable.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused classes, missed sessions, or scheduling conflicts.
If a class is cancelled by the studio, a credit will be returned to your account. Any exceptions are at the discretion of management.
